Technical
First check if the volume is on the device you are watching on. There is also another volume control that you can see when you point with the arrow down on the timeline on the video image. This volume control is blue and is located at the bottom of the image to the right between the timeline and the gear wheel.
You don't need to install anything at all to perform consultations with our experts. All video consultations are done very easily by logging in to the platform and going to consultations – or clicking on the links you get by email after booking an appointment.
Most likely it is your internet access. Please check this and make sure it is good and steady.
