Terms

1. Acceptance and Application
   This agreement applies to the Booty Builder Online Certification offered by Akademiet for Personlig Trening AS (hereafter referred to as “AFPT”). Enrollment occurs when the student accepts this agreement, either on AFPT’s website, via email, or by phone/SMS. The agreement becomes binding for both the student and AFPT at the moment AFPT receives the accepted agreement from the student (hereafter referred to as the “enrollment date”). The enrollment date is registered in AFPT's system at the time of enrollment. AFPT recommends that students familiarize themselves with AFPT’s course offerings before accepting this agreement. The course offerings are described on AFPT’s website.
    
2. Course Fees, Definitions, and Credit Information
   The total course fee for the Booty Builder Online Certification is 100 USD, including all fees and charges, as specified on AFPT’s website. By entering into this agreement, the student commits to paying the course fee in accordance with the terms outlined in sections 3 and 4 of this agreement. The Booty Builder Online Certification is considered a single course, and the course fee is a lump sum, subject to the payment obligations outlined in this agreement. The course fee does not cover travel, accommodation, meals, or any other costs associated with the student's participation in the training. The Booty Builder Online Certification does not include the PT Total program or any additional certifications or modules outside of the Booty Builder Certification itself.
    
3. No Registration Fee
   There is no separate registration fee for the Booty Builder Online Certification. The total course fee of 100 USD covers all administrative costs associated with enrollment.
    
4. Course Fees
   Once the course begins, the student’s enrollment is considered binding and is subject to the following payment terms:The start of the course is defined as the moment AFPT sets the selected training program into motion or when the student informs AFPT in writing that access to the course material should be granted. The Booty Builder Online Certification is considered one program and requires the completion of the entire course. You will be invoiced for the entire course fee (100 USD) upon enrollment. The course fee is due in full at the time of enrollment. All invoices will be sent via email to the student's registered email address.
    
5. No Right of Withdrawal
   There is no right of withdrawal for the Booty Builder Online Certification once the student has enrolled. By enrolling in the course, the student agrees to pay the full course fee and acknowledges that there are no refunds available after the enrollment has been completed.

6. Multiple Choice Examination and Certification
   Upon completion of the Booty Builder Online Certification course, students will be required to pass a multiple-choice exam to receive the certification. To be awarded the Booty Builder Certification, students must achieve a score of at least 80% correct answers on the exam.

7. Diploma and Course Format
   Upon successful completion of the Booty Builder Online Certification course, students will receive a diploma, which will be available in their student portal (StudentWeb).
   Please note that the Booty Builder Online Certification is an entirely online course, consisting of pre-recorded videos and digital materials.

8. Use of PTPRO Software
   AFPT may, at its discretion, use PTPRO software in connection with the education to ensure the best possible learning experience, and students must comply with this. AFPT will create a user account for each student. Terms regarding continued use of the software and any payments for it after the completion of the program must be clarified directly between the student and the software provider. Students are responsible for ensuring that any subscription is canceled after the program ends.

9. Study Materials
   Study materials and course content related to the Online Booty Builder Certification are included in the program fee and will be provided at the start of the course. Any additional literature required is not included in the program and must be purchased separately by the student. Additional fees for certifications, if applicable, may be charged.
   Please note that the course syllabus and materials may be updated periodically. Students will always have access to these updates, which will automatically be made available in the student portal (StudentWeb).
    
10. Retaking the Exam
    Students can retake the multiple-choice exam multiple times.

GENERAL TERMS

1. I wish to participate in the course, the Online Booty Builder Certification, which I have voluntarily enrolled in through the certification program.
2. I have read and accept the standard terms and conditions of the Online Booty Builder Certification program as described in this agreement and understand that they apply to my participation in the course. By accepting this agreement electronically at the time of enrollment, I am subject to all the guidelines in this contract.
3. I have read and am familiar with the content of the course as described on the certification website. I understand the requirements for my participation in the program and accept all the obligations associated with it.
4. I accept the payment terms and agree to pay the course fee according to the current rates.
5. I confirm that I meet the health requirements set by the Online Booty Builder Certification program and understand that it is my responsibility to ensure I am physically able to complete the course. I am also responsible for refraining from activities that I cannot participate in due to my health condition.
6. I understand that if I breach the payment agreement with the Online Booty Builder Certification program, they reserve the right to remove my certification from their profile.
7. I accept the Online Booty Builder Certification program’s guidelines for teaching and understand the consequences of violating these guidelines.
8. I understand that specific software will be used throughout the course, and I will be expected to adapt to the software chosen by the certification program.
